Hi, I'm Lynsey, the owner and baker behind R&R Microbakery. I'm a wife and mom of two, and while I still work part-time as a veterinary nurse, my greatest role has been staying home to raise my children.
What began as a simple kitchen hobby quickly grew into something more: a deep love for the slow, intentional process of sourdough baking. In a world that moves fast, bread has been my reminder to slow down, to create with my hands, and to test, tweak, and wait patiently for something beautiful to rise.
R&R stands for Ryan and Remi, my greatest inspirations, but it also reflects what I hope my bread brings to your table: a moment to rest, relax, and enjoy something made with care. Every loaf is baked in my home kitchen, thoughtfully crafted to nourish both body and heart with quality ingredients and a deep appreciation for the beauty of slowing down.
